Terms and Conditions of Boarding

Payment of your deposit confirms your booking, and by paying the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.  Deposits are non refundable.  The balance of payment will be requested 3 days before the booking commences and must be paid prior to your cat being accepted into the cattery.

Fees are charged per day and are inclusive of day of arrival and day of departure.

Cats share accommodation only at the request of their owners.  Should cats fight to the extent that we are concerned for their health and wellbeing we will attempt to contact you, or your proxy contact, but, if necessary, we will separate them, and this will incur additional charges.

Double room rates are charged on Christmas, eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, New years eve, New years day, and Easter Sunday.

Viewings are invited during our normal business hours, please contact us to make appointment.

Drop off and collection must be arranged in advance.  Drop offs are accepted from 3.00-5.30 pm and collections from 9.00 – 11.30 am.  If this causes difficulty, please let us know as soon as possible.  Drop offs and collections are not permitted on bank holidays under the terms of our license.

Cats must be up to date with their vaccinations.  Vaccination cards must be produced at drop off or copies sent in advance.

We do not accept male cats over 7 months in age who have not been neutered.

All cats must be treated for fleas and worms prior to their stay.  Should fleas be found on any cat we will administer treatment and charge accordingly.  We will always attempt to contact you prior to any treatment being given.  A charge of £20 will be make for any treatment administered.

We will administer prescription medication, but this may incur extra charges, please discuss with us.

Should we have any concerns regarding your cat health we will always attempt to contact you, or your proxy contact.   We will always attempt to contact your vet, however, if necessary, we will enlist the services of our own vet which may incur fees.

Any fees incurred as a result of a pre-existing condition will be the responsibility of the owner and must be settled by the owner at check out.

Cats are left at owners risk.  The Regent Street Cattery cannot be held liable for illness, injury or death f any animal in their care.

Cancellation Policy

We require 28 days notice in the event of a cancellation.  If we are notified outside this period the full balance will be required unless we can offer the stay to another client.
